I’m also a Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS®), which means I regularly work with couples who need to sell a home during a divorce. These situations require extra care, discretion, and clear communication. I help clients navigate the process while protecting their privacy and making sure important financial decisions are handled thoughtfully.

Because a home is often a client’s largest financial asset, I take negotiation seriously. I’m a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and continually invest in sharpening my skills to help my clients achieve the best possible outcome.
